General Terms and Conditions
Places in PARC Programs are allocated on a first in first served basis unless otherwise stated. Practicing ARChitecture Pty Ltd makes no commitment to create additional programs if a program is full.
Any program fees are required to be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Split payment or part payments cannot be accepted.
Applicants must check the availability of places in the session they are applying for immediately prior to submitting their application.
Where possible all applicants will be allocated a place in their preferred session. If their preferred session is unavailable at the time of application they will be offered a place in an alternative session.
If there is no suitable alternative session then the applicant's fees will be refunded in full.
Practicing ARChitecture Pty Ltd commit to use their best endeavors to keep the availability information provided but in busy times the website may not be accurate. Practicing ARChitecture Pty Ltd reserve the right to close enrolments of any program prior to it being full.
For some programs it may be possible to transfer sessions, seasons or withdraw completely. This request must be made prior to commencement of the program. If the requested change can be accommodated an administration fee will be charge of $110. Note that some programs have a lock-out period immediately prior to commencement where transfers or withdrawal are not possible.
If a program is cancelled applicants fees will be refunded in full. Practicing ARChitecture Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any program at any time without providing a reason.
