Arcadia was established in 2016 and we’ve quickly built a strong folio of work, focused on medium-high density residential and mixed-use projects.  We’re a relatively small crew of experienced architects.

Architecture is a complex creative process that requires more than production-line approach to yield great results.  We choose to be a smaller, capable skilled team to reduce hand-to-hand communication, avoid potential errors, improve the quality of our architecture and expedite delivery.

We’re looking for experienced architects to join our team, who are interested in delivering large projects in a small, specialized practice culture. The ability to work on two or three projects in parallel is an important skill for any architect, and will be part of the role, which will involve work across all phases of the architectural process -  from feasibility/concept through to construction - of primarily medium-high density residential and mixed-use projects.

We’ll need you to get on the tools, manage architectural projects, and ultimately achieve a level of independence so you can do what you do best.

Please submit via CV and folio (Max 5MB) via email to
